Joseph slowed down long enough to listen to the messenger God sent him. He embraced his soon to be wife with her outlandish story, as a gift from God. Joseph didn’t run from his family tree nor his own family’s strangeness. Instead, Joseph listened, embraced, made room for a baby. A baby that will forgive people their sin and will be to the world God’s message of salvation.
Friends, May you find stillness and hear God’s message to you.
May you see the gift of family God has already given you.
AND may the baby, Jesus Christ our savior and Lord, be born in your hearts this Christmas Season.
