Advent Art Project 2013
During Advent 2013 I coordinated an Art Project at Faith Lutheran Church of Castro Valley. The idea behind the project was to create a Nativity scene using the broad range of talents we have in the church. I passed out 14 canvases with limited instructions on what should go on each canvas: Joseph, Mary, Baby Jesus, Manger Animal, Wise Man. Lenten Art (Stations of the Cross)
In Lent of 2013, I coordinated an art project @ Faith Lutheran Church of Castro Valley that consisted of the 14 Stations of the Cross. Each station was created on an 8X11 canvas by a member of the congregation. We had everyone from a 3-year-old to an 80-year-old participate with all skill levels.
